General Registration

Please call the school office at 905-840-3042 and speak to Mrs. Moore to make an appointment to register your child for the current school year.  

At the time of registration you must provide:

• Roman Catholic Baptismal Certificate(s) of the child(ren) and one parent/guardian
• Birth Certificate(s) for your child(ren) or Permanent Resident Card/Immigration status
• Immunization records for child(ren)
• Health Card
• Proof of address
