If your child is going to be absent from school, we ask that you call the school to report his/her absence before 8:45 AM. You may call at anytime and leave a message on the school’s answering service. Once you reach the answering service, please leave the following information:

• Date of absence

• Student’s first and last name

• Grade and teacher name

• Reason for absence

• Date of return

Please continue to call the attendance line each day that your child is absent. When your child returns to school, please provide the teacher with a note regarding the specific reason for absence.
