·        Each university and programs have specific required pre-requisites. Pre-requisites differ from university to university/program to program.

·        Grades vary from program to program, university to university.

·        Universities requires a minimum of  6 U or a combination of U/M courses

·        Most updated Information is available on the web listed above.  Pre-requisites differ College to College and program to program. Oversubscribed programs will require great attention, applications should be placed as soon as the web site allows access.

·        Students are also advised to read the College Calendars which outline specific requirements as well as checking that all non-academic requirements will be met by the specific College deadlines.

·        All Colleges will require that a grade 12 student enrolled in a high school will be eligible to receive the Ontario Secondary School Diploma by September 2010.

·        Students require an employer in a trade to sponsor them. 

·        Co-operative Education can offer the interested student and employer the opportunity under the OYAP (Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program).   This information is available through our Co-op Program.
