We're up and running! Committee members are a very enthusiastic keen group of students and teachers, who are ready to participate and spread School Spirit at St. Francis of Assisi. Student members take on leadership roles, which provide opportunities to get involved and learn related skills that are transferable later in life.

NOVEMBER
• On Tuesday November 17, Student Council held a Spirit Day to raise money for Eden Food Bank. Students had a fun day wearing their pajamas to school. A total of $565.00 was raised for this worthy cause. Thank you to all who contributed. Way to Go SFA!!!!

OCTOBER
• Student Council kicked off the season by organizing a Thanksgiving Food Drive. Council members had fun decorating boxes, which were then used to store the non-perishable items. We are thankful and grateful to the community for your contributions to this worthy cause.
• Student Council is now busy organizing its first Spirit Week this year. It will be held on October 26 – October 30. The following events will take place:
Monday - CRAZY HAT DAY
Tuesday - CHEW GUM IN CLASS DAY
Wednesday - CRAZY TIE and SUNGLASSES DAY
Thursday - ORANGE AND BLACK DAY
Friday - WEAR YOUR HALLOWEEN
COSTUME DAY FOR THE DANCE-A-THON
