Safety Issues for Parents

Kiss & Ride

We encourage parents to drop off children at the designated drop-off points.  For those parents using the Kiss & Ride, this area is for drop off and pick up only.  Parking in this area is not permitted.  If you are delayed in the parking lots by buses dropping off or picking up students, please be patient in trying to exit.

Parking Lot

Parents are asked to drive carefully and slowly.  Students may not be watching for traffic in the driveway area.  Parents are asked not to use the staff parking lot to drop off children.  Students have been seen running between parked and moving cars as they are dangerously dropped off in the parking / busing area.  Many of our parents have contacted the office to let us know of this potentially dangerous situation.  Please, please, drop off your children  safely in the Kiss & Ride area.
