Principal’s Message   Welcome to St. Basil Catholic School’s website.  It is our hope that you will use this website to learn about our vibrant, faith-filled community on an ongoing basis.  All are welcome at St. Basil, where we strive to live out our motto of “Living, Loving, Learning” every day.   For more than twenty-five years, the community of St. Basil has served our students in a rich tradition of spiritual, academic, aesthetic and athletic excellence. Our partnership with parents, Sts. Martha & Mary Parish, and the larger community is founded on mutual respect and a common vision.  We strive to bring the Gospel values of Jesus to life in our community, reaching out to those within and outside of our community to be the hands, the feet and the voice of Jesus in our world today.   The message of Isaiah, “Each one called by name”, describes our mission, to nurture each child on the journey from Junior Kindergarten to Grade Eight, so that each one comes to know the gifts that God has bestowed and to live fully the life that God intends.   M. St. Basil Catholic School Prayer Dear Lord We thank you for the St. Basil School community of students, parents, and staff. We pray that we make good decisions and that with Your guidance we grow to be wondrous signs of Your greatness. We believe that each of us is created in Your image and is special in our own unique way. We hope that with Your love we are nurtured in kindness, happiness and peace.
