Click on the following link in order to select your courses for the 2010-2011 school year.

  Your Parent/Guardian must sign the printed report.   Students must return the report and application fee to their homeroom teacher no later than Wednesday, December 16, 2009.  The $60 registration fee is payable in CASH.  You can also pay by Visa or Mastercard by completing the attached form.  If you would like a receipt for payment by your credit card please indicate your email address and a receipt will be forwarded to you electronically.  Debit is available in the main office between 8 and 9 a.m., Monday through Thursday.  We no longer accept cheques

 

Here are detailed instructions for the online process,

 

  1. If the login is successful, the application will bring you to the “Course Request” window.

 

 

  1. All of the courses at John Cabot CSS are listed alphabetically BY GRADE in the window at the left of the screen under “Make your selection”.

 

  1. To select a course, click on the appropriate course code and then click the “Add” button. The selected course will appear under “Your selection is”.

 

  1. To remove a course request from your selected list, click on the radio button to the left of the selected course click on the “Remove” button.

 

5.     The following chart lists the compulsory courses that you should select. Click on your “credit counseling summary” to see what compulsory courses you are missing.  Details of graduation requirements are also listed on the school website.

  1. Submit Request: When you are satisfied with your course request, click on the “Submit” button to submit your request. An e-mail (using the e-mail account provided by you in the registration) will be sent to you confirming your course request.

 

  1. Student Course Request Verification Report for Parent/Student Signature: Once the course request is submitted, the “Report” button at the bottom of the screen becomes enabled. You can click on this button to view your course request.

 

  1.   1. To exit Trillium Student Request On-Line Application, click on the Logout in the top right hand corner of your screen.
