SEASON END TEAM PARTY and PAPER PLATE AWARDS CEREMONY
The team party will take place on Wednesday, November 9th right after school in room 336. Please RSVP whether or not you will be able to attend this event as coaches need to know how much food and drink to purchase. This event is only open to those team members who paid their entire team fee in full. Please see any of the coaches if you have any questions.

PLAYER FEES FOR 2011 SEASON
*ALL PLAYERS WHO MAKE THE TEAM WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A $300 EQUIPMENT DEPOSIT CHEQUE. CHEQUES WILL ONLY BE CASHED IF EQUIPMENT AND UNIFORMS ARE NOT RETURNED AT THE END OF THE SEASON.
CAMPION WILL BE RUNNING ONLY 1 VARSITY TEAM THIS YEAR. THE TEAM FEE FOR THE 2011 SEASON IS $175 AND MUST BE PAID BEFORE THE FIRST GAME OF THE SEASON. PLAYERS WHO FAIL TO PAY THEIR TEAM FEES WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE ROSTER.
IF YOU MAKE THE TEAM AND PAY YOUR TEAM FEE, EACH PLAYER WILL BE GIVEN A PLAYER PACKAGE WHICH INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
- UNDER ARMOUR GAME JERSEY
- MOUTHGUARD
- BELT
- SOCKS
- TSHIRT
- PRACTICE JERSEY
- LEG PADS PACKAGE (HIP, TAIL, THIGH, KNEE)
** TEAM FEES ALSO INCLUDE THE $35 ATHLETIC FEE WHICH INCLUDES THE PLAYERS TICKET TO THE ATHLETIC BANQUET AT THE END OF THE YEAR.

Players who wish to take part in the Pre-season Training Camp and who make the final Roster in September must have the following forms signed by parent/guardians if you wish to participate.
Players who have made the Junior and Senior Squads will have to get the following Permission to Transport form signed in order to ride the school bus to our away games:
