PHYSICAL ASSAULT

Physical assualt is a crime of violence against another person with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm. The actions can range in severity from minor injury to death, but nonetheless, they are unwelcomed by the victim and strikes fear into every action of daily life.

Examples include:

  • Assault with a weapon
  • Assault causing bodily harm
  • Aggravated assault
  • Sexual assault
  • Hate Crimes
