Many people think verbal harrassment only deals with words that come out of our mouths, but the definition also includes written or typed words as well. Actually, online cyber-harrasment is the largest growing form of bulling that is happening today!!!

The definition includes any pattern of oral or written behavior that can effect a persons positive, emotional development and over time, lead to the downfall of a persons self-esteem, psycological and physical state. In other words: anything being done to a person that progressively takes away their enjoyment and quality of life!
