Religion In Action

As part of our mandate each student MUST take Religion throughout a student's academic career here at OLMC. Our goal is to make your son(s) or daughter(s) experience in our Religion Program a positive one. Religious education, as an evolving discipline, enables young people to learn the knowledge, attitudes, and skills necessary to meet the challenges of the new millennium.

The Government of Ontario is now implementing character education which has been a part of Mt. Carmel's great traditions since the opening of the school. Religion will and has played a significant role in this type of education. This challenge will be easy to accomplish.
