Policies and Procedures
Loan period is
2 weeks
, with an additional renewal for two weeks. You can access our collection from your home computer; follow the instructions in the “
web collection
” program and you can check the due dates of your books, as well as put a hold on ones that you want.
The fine for
overdue materials
is 10 cents per day, to a maximum of $10.00.
We encourage students to return books as soon as they can; the fine ceases to grow once the book has been returned.
Students must use a
valid I.D
. in order to sign out books, take Accelerated Reader tests and use the computers.
All overdue materials must be returned and fines settled, in order to use any of the library facilities.
Students must be in
proper uniform
while in the library.
No food or drink
are allowed.
The library is a
place to work
and do research.
While it is not a silent facility, neither is it intended to be a noisy place to socialize!
The
computers
in the library are intended for individual (not classroom) use.
If you have any problems, don’t hesitate to ask at the front desk.
