Description:
Direct all activities during construction phase of the Capital Building Program , from tender to conclusion of warranty period. Monitors the performance of Architects and Contractors through meeting and site inspections, ensuring adherence to specified standards.
Reviews preliminary working drawings, tender documents, and specifications, recommending acceptance and/or changes. Responds to problems, deficiencies reported by Principals and Staff during warranty period, following-up in order to resolve. Liaises with the Plant Department regarding mechanical and electrical installations in order to set standards. Works jointly with the Design Department in order to resolve problem issues. Provides capital projects cash flow forecast to the Accounting Department and prepares reports on the status of projects.
