Technical Guidelines
The Technical Guidelines are not specifications. Rather, they are Guidelines of minimum requirements for various disciplines and design methodologies for the Board’s new projects and school additions. It is the responsibility of the Consultants not to rely on these documents other than as a Guideline, but to develop specifications to be reviewed by the Design Department of the Board, prior to tendering.
