Working closely with both the Teacher Personnel and Support Services Personnel Departments, we provide the following services to Dufferin-Peel employees:

- Administration and monitoring of Workplace Safety & Insurance Board claims (WSIB)
- Administration and monitoring of Long Term Disability Claims
- Reporting and administration of the Ontario Municipal Employee Retirement System (OMERS)
- Reporting and administration of the Ontario Teachers Pension Plan Pension Plan (OTPP)
- Benefit payment programs for Deferred Salary, Maternity and General Leaves
- Absence monitoring and annual sick leave statement reporting
- Employee bi-weekly payroll administration
- Payroll deducted RRSP purchases
- Co-ordination of employee bond purchases
- Salary increase implementation as a result of collective bargaining or arising from government directed pay equity issues
- Charity contribution deduction programs
