The Mission of the Maintenance Department is to provide service to maintain and repair Board facilities in order to ensure a safe, comfortable and secure learning environment for students, staff and community and to support educational excellence through the prudent management of resources.
It is our belief that quality service and our ability to continuously improve is the foundation of our long-term success. Quality improvements lead to greater productivity, reduced maintenance costs, a safer learning environment and increased pride in our workmanship.
Despite the number and complexity of work orders, we maintain a high success rate for facing the challenges in meeting the demands of an average of 20,000 work orders annually.
