St. Leonard school celebrates 25 years of excellence in Catholic education

On Thursday November 25, St. Leonard Elementary School in Brampton, a proud member of the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board, will celebrate its 25th anniversary.

To commemorate this significant event, the Brampton school will be hosting an evening of celebration including a Liturgy, followed by an Open House and refreshments. Former students, staff and community members are welcome to come and share in the festivities, to look back on 25 wonderful years in the Heart Lake community, and to look ahead with hope and anticipation for the future.

“St. Leonard school continues to be one of the cornerstones of Catholic education in the Brampton area,” says Rob Romanet, school principal. “Its impact on building the foundation of success in our diverse community has been felt far and wide, by all who have come to know the school and the richness of experiences it has offered.”

The school gym will be decorated by the many diverse faces who collectively make St. Leonard’s the distinctive and inclusive school it is today.  A commemorative photo and video exhibit will also be on display for all to see and enjoy.
