Dufferin-Peel and Salt and Light Television officially launch
The World I Know: Virtues in Action DVD Series
On November 27, the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board and Salt and Light Television will host the official launch of the dynamic and inspirational 10-part DVD series The World I Know: Virtues in Action. This DVD series was produced as a school resource to support the Virtues program in Dufferin-Peel Catholic schools. Each 10-minute episode is hosted by engaging students who guide the viewer through various aspects of a specific virtue. With reflections, stories and commentaries from people who know the power behind true Catholic Christian behaviour, the virtues are made visible. The launch will include a reception, liturgy and screening. St. Joan of Arc Secondary School choir will perform.
