Important Documents and Instructions
for
Catholic Students Technoloical Skills Compeition on March 27th, 2012.
This page contains a number of documents that you will want to print and complete in the next two weeks. All documents MUST come to the competitions with your school contact teacher. Students without all appropriate documentation will not be permitted to compete.
Media Release Form - Please have all participating students complete and submit this form prior to March 1st.
Passport To Safety - Students st complete the passport to safety test and provide a printout to their teacher along with the Media Waiver, $5 and Permission form. Students SHOULD take the Teen Challenge Test and not passport to safety 101.
Permission Form - Permission forms must be signed and returned to the contact teacher at your school.
$5 Fee - All students attending the local Technological Skills Competitions are required to pay a $5 fee to their school's contact teacher. Your school will issue payment directly to the board offices at a later date - NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED ON MARCH 27nd. The fee is designed to help offset the cost of providing lunch for the competitors.
