CROSS COUNTRY

Our Cross Country team has completed a great season.

30 runners represented Christ the King at the Family Meet on October 21^st at Erindale Park. 10 of our runners placed in the first 15 in their division:

Grade 4/5 Girls: Abbey S-A. (6^th)

Grade 5 Boys: Anthony M. (2^nd), Sean M. (4^th),Kelly O. (14^th)

Grade 6 Girls: Samantha M. (4^th)

Grade 8 Girls:  Robynn M. (3^rd), Emily M. (11^th),Kaitlyn D. (14^th)

Grade 8 Boys: Jacob W. (7^th), Quade O. (8^th)

Our Grade 4/5 boy’s team of Anthony M., Sean M., Kelly O., Jonathan M. & Ben H. was the top scoring team in their division.

14 students went on to represent us at the Board Meet on October 28^th at Erindale Park.

Sean M. placed 8^th and Anthony M. 13^th in the Grade 4/5 Boys race. Samantha M. placed 14^th in the Grade 6 Girls race and Cassandra L. placed 8^th in the Grade 8 Girls race.

 The team performed well despite tough opposition and cold weather.
