This year the CTK Intermediate Girls Volleyball Team had an amazing season. They were 2 - 1 during the regular season, beating All Saints and St. Margaret of Scotland, but losing to St. Clare in a tight match. This result brought the girls  a playoff game against St. Luke in order to determine which team would advance to the Family Tournament. Due to the teams outstanding play, they won the game and advanced to the tournament which was held at St. Martins on Oct. 26, 2011. At the tournament, the girls demonstrated great energy and skill to win their division against St. Catherine of Siena and St. Valentine. The Lions then played St. Clare  in the semi-final match. Although the games were extremely close, CTK was unable to advance any further. Congratulations to the team who, not only showed great skill and determination, but also excellent sportsmanship. Christ The King School and Ms. Adkins are very proud of all of you. Thanks also to the parents who helped to drive the girls to their games and cheered them on every step of the way.
