THINKfast 2011

 

d'Y is hosting our annual THINKfast on Friday, March 4 - Saturday, March 5.  We will be fasting or 25 hours while raising money and awareness for Development & Peace - a Catholic charity that focuses on sustainable development.  Through fun, interactive activities, such as "The Amazing Race", students will learn about everybody's right to clean water.  In 2009, we had 200 students participate and raised almost $10 000 at d'Y.  That's enough money to provide clean water to 10 communities or to fully stock 5 health clinics in a developing country!
