FULL DAY KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION
2012 - 2013
Junior Kindergarten - Children must be 4 years old by December 31, 2012.
Senior Kindergarten - Children must be 5 years old by December 31, 2012.
Registration for our Full Day Kindergarten Program for 4 and 5 year olds opens on Monday February 6, 2012 and closes on Friday February 10, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. In the event, that the number of registrations exceeds the number of available spaces, only those applications received by 3:00 p.m. on Friday February 10, 2012, will be accepted. At this time, we are only accepting applications from families who reside within our school boundaries.
Applications from families who reside within the school boundaries submitted after 3:00 p.m. on Friday February 10, 2012 will be placed on a waitlist.
Letters of interest from families residing outside our school boundaries (flex boundary requests) will be accepted beginning Friday February 17, 2012. However, families will not receive confirmation of their flex boundary request until August 31, 2012.
Parents/Guardians should bring the following documents when registering their child:

proof of age (birth certificate or passport)

original Catholic Baptismal Certificate of the Roman, Greek or Ukrainian Rite, for parent (one) and / or child (if the child has not been baptized, a letter of counseling with the parish priest, to complete the process will be accepted)

updated immunization records (Immunization Card, Peel Health Form or Letter of Exemption)

proof of Canadian citizenship or Permanent Resident Status (citizen documentation, permanent resident card or record of landing)

proof of address (utility bill, bank or credit card statement)

for schools in Caledon and Dufferin County: emergency rural address numbers for identifying your property

proof of English Separate School Support (may be done at the time of registration by completing an Application For the Direction of School Support and / or a Separate School Lease Agreement avaiable at the school)
PLEASE NOTE: All documentation must be submitted in English.
Admissions for all non-Canadian, non-landed citizens, including refugee claimants, international students and work permits, must be done on an individual basis.

Student Transportation
For ALL Kindergarten students there will be a Young Rider Orientation Day.
