Students are required to complete 40 Hours of community involvement as part of the requirements for an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD).
At Gonzaga, we as a school try to support our students finding a variety of opportunities. Students are reminded that when choosing a community service opportunity to think of the following:
- to do something that gives back to the community
- to do something that interests you
- to do something that may help lead you to a post secondary career
- to do something that fits into your schedule
