GONZAGA STUDENT SUCCESS PROGRAMS & INITIATIVES

Mr. Varricchio is the Student Success Teacher. Amongst other things, the SST develops and supports student success programs and initiatives. The following programs and school initiatives are designed to promote student success:

§         Gonzaga Grade 9 Mentoring Club

§         Gonzaga Grade 9 Homework Club

§         Credit Recovery ***

§         Pathway Programs

§         Gonzaga Alternative Education Programs (GAP)

§         Numeracy and Literacy After-School and Summer Camps

§         Boys Literacy Program

§         Hand timetabling for “at-risk” students by Guidance Department

§         Grade 8/9 Orientation Day and other activities
