Holy Family School Prayer

Dear Lord, we come to you in prayer
as students, parents and staff members.
We have much to be thankful for
and we are in need
of your continued guidance, support and grace.

We are thankful for the many gifts
You have blessed us with:
life, health of mind, body and soul,
children, friendship, humour,
educational and professional opportunities,
peace and Your ever present love and support.

We acknowledge that we
cannot journey through life
without Your constant support.
We petition in prayer:
that we believe in ourselves
and be kind, caring and affirmative persons,
that we learn to solve problems peacefully
and without violence,
that we have the strength
to be patient and persevere in difficult times,
that we remain optimistic in our often troubled world
and that we continue to be aware
of Your love for each one of us.
