St. James Catholic Global Learning Centre Important Updates

2014-2015 School Year

"We, the Catholic Community of St. James, are called and committed to foster an environment where our students will grow intellectually, spiritually, and emotionally to become responsible life long learners and respectful members of a diverse society."
The Staff of St. James CGLC

Please note: The new Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) prevents us from e-mailing our school community until we can obtain their consent. Please check our website regularly for announcements and news.

 Kiss and Ride

We ask that all parents enter the Kiss and Ride through the east entrance, travel through the drop off circle, drop of their child/children while in the circle and then proceed to exit using the west exit.

Pick Up

If you are picking up you son/daughter after school using the kiss and ride, please note that all students being picked up via the kiss and ride will be lined up outside according to their grade. As you drive around the kiss and ride and are identified by your son/daughter, we will then release them to you. To ensure that the kiss and ride flows appropriately, please remain in your vehicle. If you would like to exit your vehicle, please park in any available spot or on an adjacent side street. I thank you in advance as your co-operation is paramount in making our drop off/pick up safe and convenient for all.

September - Faith
Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen (Heb. 11:1)
 In September we celebrate the virtue of  Faith. God made us to live together as a family community.

 A person of Faith...
*Knows the saving story of our Christian faith
* Speaks the language of life
* Prays and worships God
