ADMISSION INFORMATION
Parents/guardians should bring the following documents
when registering a child:
• proof of age (birth certificate)*
• original Catholic Baptismal Certificate of the Roman, Greek
or Ukrainian Rite for both the parent and the child
• updated immunization records
• proof of Canadian citizenship or of Landed Immigrant status
• proof of address
• tax assignment form showing separate school support
*JK students must be 4 years old and SK students must be
5 years old by December 31st of the school year in which
registering for.
School Boundaries:
To the north Burnamthorpe Road, to the east Mavis Road, to
the south Dundas Street and to the west Erindale Station Road.
