Baking Club

Instructors: C. Ribeiro and M. Zucchet.

The Grade 6, 7, and 8 students had a lot of fun baking and cooking a variety of yummy treats to eat and share with family. The treats included red velvet cupcakes, New York style cheesecake, Oreo cheesecake, spinach dip, soft pretzels, quesadillas, whoopee pies, lemon bars, bruschetta, nachos, coffee cake, and pita pizzas.

Congratulations are extended to the following John XXIII bakers for their teamwork and passion for food: Amy, Jessica, Jessica, Joanna, Angelica, Isabella, MacKenzie, Robin, Danica, Devina, Sonia, and Lillian.
