Grade 10 Hair and Esthetics

This course will introduce students to the hairstyling and aesthetics industry to heighten awareness and interests while focusing on customer service applications in a salon setting. Students will expand and deepen their enterprising skills and necessary fundamentals to enhance personality development, social communication, task management and client service skills through participation in school and community based activities.

 Grade 11 Hair and Esthetics

This course is designed for an intensified study and hands-on approach to adhere to advanced hairstyling techniques and chemical procedures. There is a strong emphasis on professional skills, methods and the use of equipment to perform tasks that meet industry standards.

 Grade 12 Hair and Esthetics

This course is an activity-based, project driven approach to learning that provides students with the knowledge, skills and experiences that meet the hairstyling industry standards and prepares them to participate in a competitive global economy.
