Please read the descriptions and the course prerequisites carefully before choosing your courses for next year. Check out each departments folder for further information about their courses.

Follow the On-Line Student Request Instructions that each of you have been given through your homerooms in mid December, containing your own personal username and password.
-
You should consult your Credit Counselling Summary, which is accessible through this website, to be sure that you select the required courses for your diploma requirements.
-
Once you have selected your courses, print the Student Course Request Verification Report for a parent signature. This should be returned to your homeroom teacher between January 10th – 12th, school along with your $65 activity fee.
-
Payment of the $65 activity fee can only be made by cash, debit or credit card. No cheques will be accepted! Students who wish to use the debit/credit card option must go down to the main office, make the $65 payment and receive their personalized receipt.
-
Collection of the $65 Activity Fee and the Student Course Request Verification Form will take place in homeroom between January 10th – 12th , 2011.
-
Students who will not be returning to St. Joseph S.S. next year must also go on-line and select the code that reflects their post-secondary destination. Print the Student course Request Verification Form and bring it in to your homeroom teacher between January 10th – 12th, 2012. Submit this form to your homeroom teacher by January 12, 2012, in order to be eligible for the “free civvies day” and to receive your updated semester two timetable in February.
-
There will be a “free civvies day” on Thursday, January 12th, 2012, for all those students who have submitted their completed Student Course Request Verification Form and activity fee by that date.
8. Students who do not submit their Student Course Request Verification Form and activity fee by the January 12th, 2012 deadline, will not receive their updated semester two schedule on the first day of semester two.
9. Courses with limited enrollment, such as several of our technology courses, will not be available to be selected for students who delay selecting their courses on-line. This is truly a first come, first served opportunity for students. It is to your advantage to apply early in order to ensure that you get your first choice of courses.
10. Students will have the opportunity to make course changes in the spring for courses that are still open.
