Complete the Course Change Form to change courses. Course change forms must be completed and signed by a parent/guardian.

The deadline for course changes for semester 2 is Thursday, February 9.  The last day for course type changes (e.g. academic to applied) is Monday, March 5.

Loyola CSS has a school day that runs from 8:12 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.  Your course selections have been timetabled within this time frame.  To facilitate your request, the following may occur:

  • Change of instructor
  • Change of lunch period
  • Change of study period (grade 12 only)
  • Change of subject order

 

Timetable changes will not be addressed for the following reasons:

 

  • Change of study period
  • Change of teacher
  • To be with friends
  • Rearrange timetable
