Junior & Senior Kindergarten Registration for 2012-13 will take place:
Monday, February 6, 2012* 7:00-9:00 p.m.
*Snow Date: Tuesday, February 7, 2012 - 7:00-9:00 p.m.
Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, February 8, 9 & 10, 2012
9:00-11:00 a.m. 1:00-3:00 p.m.
Please Note:
In the event that the number of registrations exceeds the number of available spaces, only those applications received by 3:00pm on Feb 10 2012 will be accepted. At this time, we are only accepting applications from families who reside within our school boundaries.
Applications from families who reside within the school boundary submitted after
3:00pm on Feb 10 2012 will be placed on a wait list.
In the event that the number of registrations exceeds the number of available spaces, only those applications received by 3:00pm on Feb 10 2012 will be accepted. If the number of registrations received by the end of the registration period exceeds the number of allotted spaces, a lottery will be held and parents will be advised ASAP. Please note that we do not expect to have a lottery situation but we must be prepared for any possibility.

Students excluded from lottery:
1.
a child already attending the school and residing WITHIN the school boundary
(JK students from 2011-12 year)
2.
a child who has a sibling in another grade at the school and residing WITHIN the school boundary
There will be an information session for parents of children with special needs such as vision, hearing, physical, developmental or autism who are entering JK or SK in September 2012. The information session will be TBA. Parents are also reminded to register their child here at our school office as soon as possible in order to plan a successful entry for September.
Parents/Guardians should bring the following documents when registering their child:
- proof of age of the child (birth certificate or passport)
- original Roman Catholic Baptismal Certificate (for parent/guardian and child) or Baptismal Certificate of other rites in communion with the Holy See of Rome (if the child has not been baptized, a letter of counseling with the parish priest, to complete the process will be accepted)
- updated immunization records
- proof of Canadian Citizenship or Landed Immigrant status
- proof of home address (utility bill, bank or credit card statement)
- for schools in Caledon and Dufferin County: emergency rural address numbers for identifying your property
- proof of English Separate School Support (may be done at the time of registration by completing an Application For the Direction of School Support and/or a Separate School Lease Agreement available at the school)
