Mary Fix Catholic School is now registering Junior and Senior Kindergarten students for 2008-2009
school year. This registration is for children not already registered.
Registration will be held on February 25 from 7:00-9:00 p.m. and February 27, 28, 29 from 9:00-11:00 a.m. and 1:00-3:00 p.m. at Mary Fix Catholic School.
Parents/guardians should bring the following documents when registering their child:

proof of age

original Catholic Baptismal Certificate of the Roman, Greek or Ukrainian Rite, for both the parent and child

updated immunization records

proof of Canadian citizenship or of Landed Immigrant status

proof of address (utility bill, bank or credit card statement)
Junior Kindergarten students must be 4 years of age, and Senior Kindergarten students must be 5 years of age, by December 31, 2008 to register.
