Computer Usage

One person per computer station only!

Do not add or remove external computer items like mouse, or disk drives.  If have a problem with a computer, see a library staff member.  To SAVE your work you must use a USB key or send work as an attachment to an email account.  There is to space on the desktop or hard drive to save work.  All work is deleted when you sign off the computer.

Inappropriate use of the computer will not be tolerated— i.e., game playing, chat groups, eg., Facebook, or Myspace, etc.

The computers are to be used for school related activities only.   Any Behaviour which disrespects:   the rights of others to use or work in the library the facility and its resources   Will result in a person being asked to leave the library. Inappropriate Behaviour like:   Running or loud boisterous activities Physically hitting or threatening customers or staff Damage to library property or materials theft   Will not be tolerated.
