Athlete of the Month

We, at St. Martin, have a strong tradition of producing exceptional athletes who do our community proud. We would like to shine the light on a few of our athletes.

We survey the coaches on a monthly basis in order to pick the Athlete of the Month.

To be selected as a candidate for athlete of the month the student must demonstrate the following:

§       a high degree of sportsmanship
§       a strong work ethic (e.g. they are at every practice)
§       provide encouragement to others on/off the field
§       maintain a balance between school and sports
§       show a high degree of respect to others

Please note that the Athlete of the Month is not necessarily the best athlete, rather, it's the most deserving athlete.

Athletes of the Month will have their picture taken to be placed in the school newsletter and yearbook. They will also receive a free-lunch from the office and have their name placed on the school digital sign.
