Our Thanksgiving Prayer
Thank-you, Lord, for the life You gave to the world.
Thank-you, Lord, for the sun, the rain,
and the soil to grow the crops
and the wheat to make our daily bread.
Thank-you, Lord, for the harvest of the land;
for corn, vegetables, fruit and flowers.
Thank-you, Lord, for the harvest of the earth,
for oil, coal, salt and water.
Thank-you, Lord, for those people who help supply our needs;
Our farmers and fishermen, and workers in industry.
Teach us to remember, Lord, how much we depend on You
and how much we depend on others.
Help us to share what we have with others
and to care for those who are hungry.
Amen

Thank you to everyone who came out for our second annual Barbecue and Open House. This year, our second year, it was a "welcome back" theme, and it was wonderful to see so many familiar faces. Our new staff got to meet the community. Mrs. DiGiambattista welcomed all our parents and their children and remarked on some of the changes over the past year, and some of the initiatives we have planned for the upcoming year. Mrs. Sheehy, our new teacher-librarian welcomed everyone to the library, and parents "sponsored" about 50 new books for the library collection. Thank you very much! Your children will enjoy them.
Go to the School Council page to read about your new council.
