Note: In order to register for the school year beginning in September 2012:
Junior Kindergarten - Children must be 4 years old by Dec. 31, 2012
Senior Kindergarten - Children must be 5 years old by Dec. 31, 2012
Junior Kindergarten students must be born in 2008 in order to register.

Junior, Senior and Full-Day Kindergarten Registration for 2012-13
Registration for Junior and Senior Kindergarten for the 2012-13 school year, will take place at Father Francis McSpiritt School on the following days:
Monday, February 6, 2012*
7:00-9:00 p.m.
*Snow Date: Tuesday, February 7, 2012 - 7:00-9:00 p.m.
Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, February 8, 9 & 10, 2012
9:00-11:00 a.m.
1:00-3:00 p.m.

Note: Students who live south of Cottrelle Blvd. and east of McVean are not within our school boundaries and do not attend Father Francis McSpiritt School. Children who live south of Cottrelle and west of the creek, attend St. Jean Brebeuf School; students who live south of Cottrelle and east of the creek attend St. John Bosco School.

General Registration Information
Please note the following important information:
If you live within the school boundaries or in our holding area, (see below,) and need to register, please read the following information carefully. Be sure to read the information regarding the school boundaries, and please note that to register in a Catholic school at least one parent and the child(ren) must have a certificate of Baptism in the Catholic Church.
Registering Your Child at
Father Francis McSpiritt School
General Hours of Registration throughout the school year:
1.) Monday - Friday from 9:00 -11:00 and 1:00 - 2:30
Is this our local school?
2.) If you are not sure if you are in our school boundaries, please check the Boundary Map, found in the left sidebar on the home page, (or see #6 below.) These maps show the area for Fr. McSpiritt and also the area we are "hosting."
3.) JK students must be 4 years old by Dec.31, 2012; SK students must be 5 years old by Dec. 31, 2012.
4.) In order to register at Fr. McSpiritt your child(ren) and at least one parent must be baptized in the Catholic faith.
What do I need to bring?
5.) The following documents are required when registering:
- Roman Catholic Baptismal Certificate for the child - original document;
- Roman Catholic Baptismal Certificate for one parent - original document;
- Birth Certificate for the child (Long or Short Version) - original document;
- Immunization Records for the child - original document(s);
- Proof of address;
- Proof of Citizenship if born outside of Canada;

6.) Permanent Boundary
- East of Goreway to McVean Drive
- South of Castlemore Road
- North of Queen St.
We also are HOSTING students from the following area:
- East of McVean Drive to Regional Road 50
- South of Castlemore Road
- North of Cottrelle Blvd.
