Did you ever wonder how and why earthquakes occur?  Where all that hot liquid molten lava comes from and why it’s ejected onto the Earths surface so violently?  Did you ever want to know how mountains and all of the other Earths wonders came to be?  Well welcome to Grade 11 Physical Geography!!  This course is not only informative and interesting, but will teach you the most amazing facts and features of this intensely complex Earth that we live on!  We will examine the major patterns and powerful forces of physical geography and the resulting beautiful and remarkable features and landforms.  We will investigate the dynamic nature of the Earth, the evolving relationship between the planet and its people, and the factors that limit our ability to predict the changes that will occur!
