Registration Procedures

Students new to Our Lady of Mercy School are required to register with the following documents:
• Birth Certificate
• Health Card
• Immunization Record
• Baptismal Certificate of Child
• Baptismal Certificate of one Parent

We request that you provide original documentation  in order to facilitate your child’s registration.  We will photocopy your original documents and return them to you.

 

Kindergarten Registration

Registration for Junior Kindergarten will begin the week of February 23, 2009. Evening registrations will be held on Monday, February 23 and in the event of a snowstorm, the alternate evening will be Tuesday, February 24, 2009. The school will send out information with more details prior to registration. Students must be born in the year 2005 in order to register for the 2009/2010 school year.
