The video deals with dressing appropriately for winter weather which would be helpful to people new to the climate. It is presented in an animation format and there is no language used, only sounds. The video is accompanied by a PDF featuring a thermometer that indicates when to use various outdoor clothing.  This video is recommended for use in Kindergarten by students new to our Canadian winter but could certainly be used to support other students.
