Official Ontario Student Transcripts are available from the last school that a student was registered at.

During the school year, please contact the Guidance Secretary of the last school attended or registered at.

 

CURRENT FEES FOR

ONTARIO STUDENT TRANSCRIPTS

FROM DUFFERIN-PEEL CDSB SCHOOLS

 

Current students, and former students who have graduated/withdrawn within 12 months:

  • No fee for first copy, $5.00 each additional copy

 

Former students who have graduated/withdrawn within 5 years:

  • $10.00 for first copy, $5.00 each additional copy

 

Former students who have graduated/withdrawn over 5 years:

  • $20.00 for first copy, $5.00 each additional copy
