Wow, some of my students are just amazing… how do they create these videos? I wish I could teach all my students how to communicate ideas in this way. But how do you make a good video?  Doesn’t it require a lot of expensive equipment and tons of training? Could I even do this? The answer is a resounding “YES”. The equipment is inexpensive and with a simple introduction you will be on your way to becoming a budding Steven Spielberg. Understanding some simple concepts in videography and then learning basic editing using powerful but easy to use software (iMovie, Final Cut Pro – Apple, Moviemaker - Windows) will transform you into a passionate videographer.  Think about the possibilities in your classroom as you produce movies, news shows, graduation and special event DVDs. Everything and anything is possible. Come join the fun… become a videographer!
