This session will offer the opportunity to explore the board’s web-based application for school improvement planning (SkoVision). Administrators will have an opportunity to navigate this new platform and to learn to access other school SMART goals, action plans and action steps when developing their own plans. By the end of the session, administrators will have created the majority of their respective CSLPs for the 2011-2012 school year. For those who have begun to work in SkoVision, this session will permit continued development of the local school plan with trainers available for troubleshooting. Participating administrators will need to bring to the session: (1) their  board-issued  laptops with their power cord (chargers); and (2) this school year’s CSLP with school team review notes and revisions for 2011-2012 included and/or noted.
