Living like St. Catherine...

When we look at the life of St. Catherine we are reminded of how we should live our lives as Christians.

We understand that living like a Christian sometimes involves very difficult choices.

We are given the choice to treat ourselves in a respectful dignified way.

We are given choices about treating others in respectful and dignified ways.

We are sometimes faced with situations that involve uncomfortable or even painful choices.

We are pressured to conform to a negative attitude.

We are pressured to support a bully.

We are pressured to destroy a reputation.

We are pressured to damage property.

We strive to be like Catherine in all that we do!

In our school, we work at being just like St. Catherine.

Smiling and kindness are mandatory.

We care for our school yard by not eating outside. Take care of your school property.

Everyone deserves to be heard. Allow others to play their games without interference.

People will know we follow the example of St. Catherine in our school community because…

we collect for the poor and the needy
we follow politely and respectfully all the school rules and the expectations of the teachers
we celebrate the Eucharist joyfully
we celebrate Reconciliation
we work hard to welcome new students to our school
