“NEW” - DAILY SCHEDULE   Starting Monday, February 6, 2012 our school will be changing it's daily schedule which will have the school start at 8:17 a.m. and end at 2:20 p.m.  All classes will still meet the Ministry of Education requirement of 75 minute classes.    PERIOD 1                    8:17  - 9:35   PERIOD 2                    9:40  - 10:55   PERIOD 3                    11:00  - 1:00   3A              11:00  -  11:40    LUNCH   A 3B              11:40  -  12:20    LUNCH   B 3C              12:20  -  1:00      LUNCH   C   PERIOD 4                    1:05  - 2:20       Grade 9 Application Process The application process outlined below is for students who do not attend one of our 5 elementary feeder schools (St. Hilary, San Lorenzo Ruiz, St. Jude, St. Matthew, St. Gertrude) and who currently live within our school’s boundary.    ·         Application packages may be picked up by a parent/guardian from the main office starting Monday, January 23, 2012 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.  You will be required to show proof of residence in order to prove that you live within the St. Francis Xavier boundary.  The following documents will show proof of residence – A valid Driver’s License with a: a.    Recent Property Tax Assessment or b.    Property Purchase Agreement or c.    Valid Lease Agreement.     We will only begin accepting Application Packages starting… Thursday, February 9, 2012 from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.  Doors will open to parents/guardians at 3:00 p.m. only
