ALL Star Reading

The All Star reading Programme began in early October for a number of Grade Two students. This programme focuses on teaching students a different reading strategy each week. Through this programme, we hope to foster independence when reading, give students a variety of reading strategies which can be used to problem solve reading difficulties, increase the student's confidence when reading, and provide an enjoyable reading experience. Students read with a volunteer three times a week for twelve weeks. We are still looking for more volunteers for this valuable programme.
