It will NOT be necessary to hold an in-boundary lottery for the 2012/2013 school year for the Full Day Kindergarten Program.

All in-boundary applications received by 3:00 pm. on Friday, February 10, 2012 are confirmed as admitted registrations for the 2012/2013 school year.

 

Full Day Kindergarten Registration

Registration for our Full Day Kindergarten Program for 4 and 5 year olds opens Monday, February 6 and closes Friday, February 10 at 3:00 pm.  In the event that the number of registrations exceeds the number of available spaces, only those applications received before 3:00 pm on February 10th will be accepted.  At this time, we are only accepting applications from families who reside within our school boundaries.

Applications from families who reside within the boundaries submitted after 3:00 pm on February 10th will be placed on a waitlist.

Letters of interest from families residing outside our school boundaries (flex boundary requests) will be accepted beginning February 17, 2012.

Full Day Kindergarten Registration for 2012/2013

Junior Kindergarten - Children must be 4 years old by Dec. 31, 2012.
Senior Kindergarten - Children must be 5 years old by Dec. 31, 2012.

How do I register?

 

Parents/guardians are to register their child in person at their designated Catholic school. The following documents are required for registration for students coming from outside Dufferin-Peel, as well as for internal registrations:

 

  proof of age of the child (birth certificate or passport)

 

  Original Roman Catholic Baptismal Certificate (for child and/or parent/guardian) or Baptismal Certificate from an Eastern Church in full communion with the Holy See of Rome. If the child has not been baptized, and the parent/guardian is a baptized Roman Catholic or is baptized from an Eastern Church in full communion with the Holy See of Rome, the parent/guardian must bring their own baptismal certificate.

 

  all updated immunization records (Immunization Card, Peel Health Form or Letter of Exemption)

 

  proof of Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Resident status (citizenship documentation, permanent resident card or record of landing)

 

  proof of home address (utility bill, bank or credit card statement)

 

  emergency rural address numbers for identifying your property, if applicable (residents of Caledon and Dufferin County)

 

  proof of English Separate  School  Support (may be done at the time of registration by completing an Application For the Direction of School Support and/or a Separate School Lease Agreement available at the school)

 

  education records if available

 

*All documentation must be submitted in English. 

 

Admission for all non-Canadian, non-landed citizens, including refugee claimants, international students and work permits, must be done on an individual basis. Please contact our Admissions Department for an appointment to determine eligibility to attend Dufferin-Peel Catholic schools.
