200 Catholic secondary students to attend Student Voice leadership conference

On March 8, 200 Dufferin-Peel Catholic secondary school student leaders, and those identified with leadership potential, will gather at the Mississauga Grand Convention Centre for a Student Voice leadership conference.

The theme of the conference is Walking Forward Together – We Are the Voice. The conference will feature a keynote presentation, "The Power of Challenge" by Dr. Greg Wells, who specializes in the science of human performance.  The event will include a panel discussion on the transition to post-secondary life, followed by carousel showcase of student-led projects.

WHEN:                 Wednesday, March 8, 2017 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

WHERE:               Mississauga Grand Convention Centre, 35 Brunel Road, Mississauga
