​​​Courses in International Languages help students to develop the skills they will need to communicate effectively with people from other countries, and increase their understanding and appreciation of diverse cultures. The Ontario Curriculum: Classical Studies & International Languages, 2000

In Dufferin-Peel, these credit bearing courses are offered at the BD, CU and DU (Levels 2, 3 and 4). Successful completion of Level 4 (DU) will prepare students to study that language at the postsecondary level. These courses are available to secondary students and adults in the community.

International Language Program Guide

Programs run on Saturdays, from September 17, 2016 to May 13, 2017, 8:45 a.m. to 12:32 p.m.

Registration forms are available through Guidance offices and the Adult & Continuing Education office (870 Queen Street West, Suite 100, Mississauga, 905-891-9263).


Students are advised to bring completed registration forms to “Walk-In” registration on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at your selected I.L. site. THE LAST DAY for Secondary registration is Saturday, October 8, 2016.

NOTE: September 10, 2016 is a registration day only. The first I.L. class will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2016.
